Account Manager
JOB OVERVIEW
We are looking for an Account Manager to lead the team to create long-term, trusting relationships with our customers. The position reports to Account Director. The Account Manager’s role is to oversee a portfolio of assigned customers, develop new business from existing clients and actively seek new sales opportunities. In this role, you will liaise with cross-functional internal teams (including Business Development, Creative and Operation departments) to improve the entire customer experience.
JOB DESCIPTION
Customer Services
Building & maintaining a strong relationship with key client teams
Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
Researching event markets & update event knowledge from other sources
Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
Planning
Developing and planning practical proposal for client 's brief with creativity.
Managing cost and vendors to deliver the best solutions for clients.
Handling troubleshooting in projects with practical solutions.
Keeping timeline on track and having back-up plan in every circumstances.
Collaborate with BD team to identify and grow opportunities within territory
Execution
Being responsible for pre-event, production, post-event activities.
Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed
Lead & coach team member
Coaching and developing team members' skills and knowledge.
Building teamwork spirit to get better achievements.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Graduated from the University, major in Economics, Marketing, Foreign Trade, …
At least 3 years of experience working at event management;
Proven work experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, Junior Account Manager or relevant role
Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization
Solid experience with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce, Zoho CRM or HubSpot) Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs
Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Good at leadership skills;
Good command in English;
Good at Microsoft Office, Office 365 and other systems, software.
