Account Manager

JOB OVERVIEW   

We are looking for an Account Manager to lead the team to create long-term, trusting relationships with our customers. The position reports to Account Director. The Account Manager’s role is to oversee a portfolio of assigned customers, develop new business from existing clients and actively seek new sales opportunities. In this role, you will liaise with cross-functional internal teams (including Business Development, Creative and Operation departments) to improve the entire customer experience. 

JOB DESCIPTION 

Customer Services 

  • Building & maintaining a strong relationship with key client teams 

  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives 

  • Researching event markets & update event knowledge from other sources 

  • Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders 

 Planning 

  • Developing and planning practical proposal for client 's brief with creativity. 

  • Managing cost and vendors to deliver the best solutions for clients. 

  • Handling troubleshooting in projects with practical solutions. 

  • Keeping timeline on track and having back-up plan in every circumstances. 

  • Collaborate with BD team to identify and grow opportunities within territory 

 Execution  

  • Being responsible for pre-event, production, post-event activities. 

  • Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed 

Lead & coach team member 

  • Coaching and developing team members' skills and knowledge. 

  • Building teamwork spirit to get better achievements. 

JOB REQUIREMENTS 

  • Graduated from the University, major in Economics, Marketing, Foreign Trade, … 

  • At least 3 years of experience working at event management; 

  • Proven work experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, Junior Account Manager or relevant role 

  • Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization 

  • Solid experience with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce, Zoho CRM or HubSpot) Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs 

  • Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail 

  • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities 

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills  

  • Good at leadership skills; 

  • Good command in English; 

  • Good at Microsoft Office, Office 365 and other systems, software.
