Account Supervisor

Account team | HCM | Full - time

We are looking for an experienced Account Supervisor to lead client servicing and project execution for integrated event and communication campaigns.
This role requires strong coordination skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders to ensure outstanding project delivery.


What You’ll Do

Client & Brief Leadership

  • Own the end-to-end brief management process, translating client requirements into clear and actionable directions.

  • Align client expectations with internal teams through structured debriefings and documentation.

  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with key client stakeholders.

Strategy & Proposal Development

  • Research market trends and insights to develop strategic, creative, and feasible proposals.

  • Lead brainstorming sessions to shape campaign ideas aligned with client objectives.

  • Develop proposals and present persuasive pitches to clients.

Project & Campaign Execution

  • Plan and oversee integrated event and communication campaigns from planning to delivery.

  • Manage timelines, budgets, quotations, internal costs, and supplier coordination.

  • Ensure compliance with operational standards, legal requirements, and risk controls.

On-ground Event Management

  • Lead on-site execution, including setup, rehearsals, supplier coordination, and issue resolution.

  • Act as the main problem-solver during events to ensure smooth operations.

  • Supervise post-event dismantling and venue clearance.

Team Leadership & Collaboration

  • Coach, guide, and develop team members to enhance performance and growth.

  • Foster a collaborative, accountable, and solution-oriented team culture.

Reporting & Evaluation

  • Lead post-event evaluations, data analysis, and reporting for internal teams and clients.


What We’re Looking For

Experience & Knowledge

  • 2–3 years of experience in account management, event, marketing, or related fields.

  • University degree in Economics, Marketing, Foreign Trade, or related disciplines.

  • Strong understanding of event marketing, communication, and advertising.

  • Up-to-date with market trends and client engagement practices.

Skills & Mindset

  • Creative, proactive, and highly committed team player.

  • Detail-oriented with strong focus on quality and innovation.

  • Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

  • Good command of English (spoken & written).
